End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Kaweah Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Signal Fire Games website located at signalfire.games and all games, content, and services provided through it (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes — specifically, to facilitate interactive games in Christian youth group settings.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You shall not:

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without prior written consent.
Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or availability.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the Service are the intellectual property of Kaweah Tech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited license described above.

4. User Data and Privacy

The Service does not require account creation or authentication. We may collect limited usage data through third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Game settings (such as team names and preferences) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAWEAH TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaweah Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of this Agreement.
